Personal Training

Located in Tucson Arizona, I will come to you- your home or workplace, or we can meet at a park or nearby school. I have equipment to supplement any bodyweight workout; including BOSU, TRX, medicine balls, resistance bands, weighted bars,jump rope, etc.

Online Training- After an initial consultation, I will provide programs (4-6 weeks) specifically tailored to you, including stretches, cardiovascular, and strength training.

* A combination of in person training supplemented with online training is another option as well.
